Why do we need Sponsors?
|
|
Racing is expensive. If you want to be competitive, you need more cubic dollars than cubic inches. Here is a list of some of the items we need and use:
Entry Fees $60.00 to $400.00 per race
Race engines $1,650.00 to $3,000.00 each
Engine rebuilds $350.00 to $1,000.00 every 5 races
Wheels $40.00 each
Tires $50.00 each x4 every race
Fuel $20.00 each race
That is just a small sample of the costs and expenses. But, money is not the only reason that we are looking for sponsors. Working for sponsors, teaches Matthew and Kyle about business and responsibility. There is a good lesson to be learned here.

Summary of Sponsorship Elements
|
|
Each sponsor is recognized with an entry in the sponsor section of our home page consisting of the sponsor logo or some other graphic image linking to their web site. If a sponsor does not have a web site, we will create a simple text page with basic information about the sponsor, and create a link to that.

Option 1 $250.00 dollars a month
|
|
|
This is the option that I believe some will be interested in. For $250.00 a month (January-November) You get a personal appearance if requested, if stickers are provided we will put your business name or logo on our karts, trailer and uniforms, your name and web link included on our web page. Any time we do personal appearances your business name will also be displayed. We will also provide an autographed photo of Matt and Kyle at the track.

Option 2 Sponsor entire team for the season for $10.000.00
|
|
|
You can sponsor our entire team for the season. For $10000.00 you will be our primary sponsor. We will have sticker kits made for our karts your business colors, name and/or logo on our karts, trailer and uniforms. We will have new uniforms constructed in matching colors. Your business name will take top billing to Maynard Racing. You will also get personal appearances when requested and you can use "Maynard Racing" in agreed upon advertising. You will get top sponsorship billing on our web page. We will also provide an autographed photo of Kyle at the track.

Option 3 Secondary team sponsorship $4,000.00
|
|
|
For $4,000.00 you will be the secondary sponsor of our kart team. We will carry your your business name and/or logo on our karts, trailer and uniforms. Additionally, you will also get personal appearances when requested and you can use "Maynard Racing" in agreed upon advertising. We will also provide an autographed photo of Kyle at the track.

Option 4
|
|
|
If you would like to contribute to our racing team but don’t want to commit to the whole season we will accept one time contributions of money, parts or supplies. For example, if you wanted to buy us a set of tires we would run your name on our web page as a contributor of a new set of tires. This option is very negotiable and if you are interested, please contact us and we can work out the details.

|
All Sponsorships can be customized to your individual business needs. These are just a guideline to what we will be willing to do for YOU. If you would like to further contribute to our team we will accept parts or supplies. If you are interested in buying a major part for us (tires, wheels, engine parts, etc.) contact us and we will give you a list of needed items and their cost. We also use some low dollar consumables. We would gladly accept these types of items from any sponsor. This situation would be very similar to Option 4. As before this is negotiable.

Additional Option 1 Info

If you chose Option 1, We would like to ask you to commit to the entire season (a total of 11 months). We don’t need any written contracts (but we do have one if it is required). Your word is good enough for us.
